为提高部队机动作战和军事运输能力,开展好汽车兵实战化条件下的训练,提升实战化训练质量效益,结合现代战争相关作战理论,分析当前汽车兵训练中存在的问题,提出"思想向实战转化、内容向实战靠拢、手段向实战聚焦"的方法路子;按照实战化的标准要求,加强以训练环境集成、作战要素集成、内容高强度集成、网络资源集成共享为核心的施训方法手段。

In order to strengthen troop＇ s mobile warfare capability and military transportation ability and promote the quali- ty and efficiency of combat-oriented training, the paper analyzes the existing problems in current training according to rele- vant combat theory in modem warfare, and proposes the approaches of transforming to combat-oriented thoughts, contents and methods. It also emphasizes the training should integrate training environment, operation elements, contents and net- work resources according to combat-oriented standards and requirements.
