摘要
基于Pro/E进行机构设计的运动学分析,能有效解决各类复杂的机构设计问题,简化机构设计开发过程,缩短开发周期,减少开发费用,提高产品质量。以槽轮机构的运动仿真为例,介绍运动仿真分析的具体步骤,得出机构中关键零件的转速、角加速度随时间变化的曲线,并对获得的数据进行分析,对设计的机构做出评价,检验其是否已满足设计要求。仿真结果表明符合设计要求,机构运动正常。
Kinematics analysis of mechanism with Pro/E can effectively solve kinds of complicated mechanism design prob- lems, simplify the design process, and shorten the development period so as to reduce the development expenses and in- crease product quality. The paper introduces the concrete steps of kinematics simulation with geneva mechanism as an ex- ample, and obtains the changing curve of rotational speed and the angular acceleration with time of the key components. It also analyzes the data and evaluates the mechanism to test whether it can meet the design requirement. The simulation re- sult shows that the mechanism can meet the design requirement and the movement is normal.
