摘要
利用Ansys对某型保障装备板面从整体到局部进行有限元分析,着重对其外侧板面端横梁与主纵梁的连接处受力特性进行数值模拟。根据对节点有限元计算结果的分析,得出连接处产生裂纹的原因,提出优化设计方案,通过优化局部构造设计,使其受力合理,从而提高结构的承载能力。
The paper conducts finite element analysis on railway platform board from whole to part with Ansys, and simu- lates mechanical characteristics of crossbeam and girder junction on its outboard. After ananlyzing the calculation, the pa- per found the cause of junction cracks and proposed an optimization design to optimize local structure for enhancing its ear- rying capacity.
