摘要
肺缺血再灌注在维持肺活力的同时又可触发一系列复杂的级联反应称为肺缺血再灌注损伤((lung ischemia-reperfusion injury,LIRI))。这是一个复杂的病理生理过程。本文从多方面对LIRI的研究进展加以综述。
