大学生创新项目管理能力培养方法与途径研究

Research on the Way to Train College Students＇Project Management Innovative Ability

在知识经济的推动之下,世界各国普遍提高了对高等教育发展的重视.由科技创新提供的发展机遇和对高端知识人才的强烈需求,创新项目管理能力变得越来越重要.本文阐述了大学生创新项目管理能力培养的重要性,对国内外创新项目管理类课程进行教学现状调研,分析了现存问题,最后基于过程管理思想、科学的项目管理方法,在分析关键实现路径基础上,构建大学生创新项目管理能力培养的有效实现途径,设计创新项目管理类课程体系、教学内容、实战案例、实战模拟方案,传播创新基本理论知识,并使得学生对创新项目的综合管理能力得以提高.

Under the impetus of the knowledge economy, countries around the world generally increased emphasis on the development ofhigher education. Development opportunities provided by the science and technology innovation and the strong demand for highendknowledge talent, innovation project management are becoming more and more important. This paper expounds theimportance of cultivating the ability of college students＇ innovative project management, the innovation project managementcourses at home and abroad were reviewed and the investigation of teaching present situation analyzes the existing problems,based on the process management ideas, and scientific project management methods, based on the analysis on the key paths, tobuild effective implementation way of cultivating the ability of college students＇ innovative project management, design innovationproject management course system, teaching content, practical cases, actual combat simulation, transmission innovationelementary theory knowledge, and make students＇ comprehensive management ability in innovation projects improved.
