用酸式溶解法(盐酸高氯酸)测定红土镍矿中全铁含量的探讨

摘要 采取盐酸分解样品,盐酸高氯酸联合挥铬[1],氯化亚锡还原Fe3+,以二苯胺磺酸钠为指示剂,重铬酸钾为氧化剂直接滴定测定红土镍矿中全铁含量.通过大量试验对其精密度、标准样品分析实验,以及用碱式熔融法,酸式溶解法(硫磷混酸法)实验对比,发现此方法操作简单,现象清晰便于观察,具有较好的精密度和准确度,能够满足工厂快速测定红土镍矿中全铁分析的需要,与同行校对具有较高准确性。 This method adopts hydrochloric acid decomposition of sample, hydrochloric acid perchloric acid combined with volatilechromium, tin chloride reduction Fe3+, with two sodium diphenylamine sulfonate as indicator, the determination of total ironcontent in laterite nickel ore oxidation of potassium dichromate were direct titration. Through a lot of experiments analysisexperiments on the precision, as well as standard sample, by alkali fusion method, acid dissolution method (phosphoric acid)experiment, it is found that this method is simpler, clearer and easier to observe the phenomenon, has a good precision andaccuracy, can rapid determination of total iron in laterite nickel ore analysis need meet factory.
