摘要 3.6%烟碱苦参碱微囊悬浮剂是-款植物源微胶囊制剂.通过实验室不同时期含量和滞留量的分析,结果表明3.6%烟碱苦参碱微囊悬浮剂在15d内滞留率在40%左右,能达到杀虫的剂量;而16-20d内滞留率保持在35%以上,说明对害虫仍有一定的杀伤作用.为测定该产品在自然条件下的持效期,采用野外林间防治试验,施用1500倍液药剂,10d后调查害虫死亡率为77.62%,20d后调查害虫死亡率为65.03%.室内测定和野外林间防治试验结果表明:3.6%烟碱苦参碱微囊悬浮剂的含量和滞留率完全能够达到森林害虫防治的需要,而且同期的滞留率高于其他农药的剂型. 3.6% nicotine ?matrine microcapsule-suspension is a kind of plant source.Through analysis on content and retention rate in laboratories in different periods,result shows that the retention rate of 3.6% nicotine ?matrine microcapsule-suspension in 1 5 d is about 40%,and the insecticidal doses can be achieved;retention rate remained at 35% in 16-20 d ,indicating the pesticide will still have a certain effect on insects.In order to determine the persist-ence of this pesticide under natural conditions,based on the field control in the forest,adopting 1 500 times of this pesticide,pest mortality is 77.62% 10 days later;pest mortality is 65.03% 20 days later.Through determination indoors and control experiments in the field outdoors,result shows that the contents and retention rate of 3.6% nic-otine ?matrine microcapsule-suspension can reach the needs to control forest pests,and retention rates in the same period are higher than that of the other pesticide.
