摘要
以水曲柳子叶为外植体,研究了不同浓度的蔗糖对水曲柳愈伤组织和体细胞胚发生以及体细胞胚数量、质量的影响.结果表明当NAA 多于BA 时,附加7%蔗糖的体细胞胚发生率最高;当BA 多于NAA 时,附加10%蔗糖的体细胞胚发生率最高,但每个外植体上体细胞胚的数量和质量不是最好的.综合认为,选定9%-12%的蔗糖浓度最有利于水曲柳体细胞胚的诱导.
Taking cotyledon of Fraxinus mandschurica as explants ,the effects of different concentrations of sucrose on quantity and quality of somatic embryogensis ,somatic embryogensis & callus of somatic embryogensis were stud‐ied .Result shows that when NAA are more than that of BA ,the incidence for an additional 7% of somatic embryo‐genesis of sucrose are the highest;when BA are more than that of NAA ,the incidence for an additional 10% of so‐matic embryogenesis of sucrose are the highest ;it is thought that 9%‐12% sucrose is most conducive to induction of somatic embryogenesis for Fraxinus mandschurica .
