摘要
通过对6个种源蓝靛果忍冬营养成分进行分析比较,结果表明:蛋白质的含量以温哥华最高,为1.46g·(100g)-1;各品种总还原糖的含量差别不大,勃利、五常和温哥华稍占优势;总酸的含量不同测试对象间存有较大差别。维生素含量检测中,各种源蓝靛果忍冬均未检测出维生素B1成分;维生素C含量以东宁为首,呈现出明显优势;维生素B2优势对象的排序分别为温哥华、大兴安岭和伊春;维生素E差别同样显著,含量较高的五常〔0.670mg·(100g)-1〕和伊春〔0.643mg·(100g)-1〕比最低的勃利〔0.358mg·(100g)-1〕高出近1倍。15种氨基酸含量检测中,温哥华在其中的12个检测项中占居首位,表现出极为显著的优势;同样其在矿物元素中的铁含量〔1.93mg·(100g)-1〕也高出其他品种;温哥华在钙含量上也呈现出明显优势。
The six kinds of nutrients of provenances of Lonicera edulis were analyzed and compared.Result shows that the protein content in provenance of Vancouver is the highest,being 1.46 g (100g)-1 ;total sugar content has little difference among varieties,and the provenance in Boli,Wuchang and Vancouver have slight advantage;total acid content have large differences among different test objects.Vitamin B1 content was not detected in various provenance of Lonicera edulis in detecting Vitamin content.Vitamin C content rather headed east,showing a signif-icant advantage;the descending order of advantage object for vitamin B2 is Vancouver,Daxing’an ling and Yichun , respectively;the difference of vitamin E is also significant;the provenance of Wuchang 〔0.670 mg (100g)-1 〕and Yichun 〔0.643 mg (100g)-1 〕are nearly double times than that of Boli 〔0.358 mg (100g)-1 〕;Vancouver occupy 12 detections in the first place in detecting content of 1 5 kinds of amino acids ,showing a very significant advantage;its iron content 〔1.93 mg (100g)-1 〕in mineral elements is also higher than that of other varieties;the calcium content of the provenance of Vancouver also shows a significant advantage.
