五裂茶藨子扦插生根过程中营养物质的变化 被引量:2

摘要 以五裂茶藨子硬枝为材料,进行了扦插繁殖技术、生根机理及生根解剖方面的研究与探讨,分析了五裂茶藨子扦插生根和与之相对应的营养物质的关系,结果表明:在插条的整个生长过程中,被处理五裂茶藨子插条的淀粉和可溶性蛋白在每一个生长阶段,含量都高于对照,而可溶性糖则恰恰相反;比较统一的时期是在愈伤组织形成期和根的诱导期,营养物质含量都呈下降趋势。 Cutting propagation techniques,rooting mechanism and rooting anatomy were studied by taking hard-wood of Ribes meyeri as materials.Relationships among cutting rooting and corresponding nutrients of Ribes meyeri were analyzed.Result shows that:from the point of view of the growth process of cuttings,the content of starch and soluble protein of cuttings of Ribes meyeri in each growth stage are higher than that of the control,the soluble sugar on the contrary;relatively uniform in callus formation period and the foundation of the induction period,nu-trient content tended to decrease.
