老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病规范治疗效果探讨

An Investigation into Effect of Standardized Treatment on Elderly Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated with Coronary Heart Diseases

目的：探讨老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病的规范治疗效果.方法：选择某院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者40例,全部患者均给予规范治疗,对临床治疗效果进行分析.结果：全部40例患者经规范治疗后,显效11例,有效27例,无效2例,临床治疗总有效率为95.0%（38/40）;治疗4周后,患者的临床症状显著优于治疗前,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：规范治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病患者具有比较显著的疗效,能对患者临床症状进行有效改善,值得临床推广和应用.

Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized treatment on elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:Select 40 old patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease received in some hospital during the period from January 2014 to January 2015 ,treated,all the patients with standardized treatment and analyze clinical treatment effect.Results:After all 40 patients had underwent standardized treatment,it was found significant-ly effective in 1 1 cases,effective in 27 cases,in vain in 2 cases,the clinical total effective rate was 95.0% (38/40);after 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms were significantly better than that before,the differ-ence was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:It is effective to treat elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease with standardized treatment,and would help to effectively improve clinical symptoms ,it is worthy of promotion and application.
