肠内营养实施时机对脓毒性休克预后影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察不同肠内营养实施时机对脓毒性休克的治疗效果及预后影响.方法:选取2013年7月-2015年7月收治的脓毒性休克患者56例,随机分为观察组与对照组,在常规治疗基础上,对照组实施延迟肠内营养,观察组实施早期肠内营养,对比观察两组患者临床效果及预后.结果:观察组治疗后SOFA评分明显低于对照组,并发症、MODS发生率及多次手术率均少于对照组,ICU 住院时间及机械通气时间明显较对照组短(P 〈0.05),以上差异均有统计学意义.结论:早期肠内营养能够有效提高脓毒性休克预后,减少并发症、MODS及多次手术的发生,缩短治疗时间,具有比延迟肠内营养更为理想的临床应用效果. Objective:To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition therapy and prognosis of the imple-mentation of the timing of septic shock.Methods:Patients with septic shock in July 2013 ~ July 2015 were treated 56 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,on the basis of convention-al therapy,enteral nutrition delay the implementation of the control group,the observation group implemen-tation of early enteral nutrition,comparative clinical effectiveness and prognosis of the two groups of pa-tients.Results:After treatment,the SOFA score was significantly lower than the control group,complica-tions,MODS incidence and multiple surgeries rate than the control group,ICU length of stay and duration of mechanical ventilation was significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05),above the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition can improve the prognosis of septic shock, reduce complications,MODS and repeated surgery occurs,shorten treatment time,clinical application of en-teral nutrition is better than delayed more desirable.
