经腹B超与阴道B超诊断异位妊娠的临床对比研究

A Comparative Research on Clinical Effect of Transabdominal Ultrasonography and Transvaginal Ultrasonography on the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:观察阴道B超以及腹部B超对于异位妊娠临床诊断效果进行比较。方法:随机抽取在某院接受治疗的异位妊娠妇女作为本次的观察对象,80例观察对象根据随机数字表法分成腹部B超组与阴道B超组进行相关比较,并且两组观察对象人数相同,各40例。对两种方式的检出率作出比较,同时进行客观评价。结果:腹部B超组与阴道B超组检出率分别为80%与95%,其中阴道B超的检出率更高,并且该方式的特异性及灵敏度均优于腹部B超,P<0.05。结论:阴道B超对与异位妊娠具有更高的检出率,对临床诊断具有重要价值。

Objective:To observe and compare the effect of transabdominal ultrasonography and transvag-inal ultrasonography on the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Randomly select 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy in some hospital as the research object and averagely divide them into transabdominal ultrasonog-raphy group and transvaginal ultrasonography group according to random number table,compare the preva-lence rate of these 2 methods and make objective evaluation.Results:The prevalence of transabdominal ultra-sonography group and transvaginal ultrasonography group was 80% ,95% respectively ,namely ,the preva-lence of transvaginal ultrasonography was higher,and the specificity and sensitivity of this method were all superior to that of transabdominal ultrasonography,P <0.05.Conclusion:The Prevalence rate of ectopic preg-nancy would be higher if detecting it through transvaginal ultrasonography,it is of great value for clinical di-agnosis.
