摘要
现有套管内补贴修复技术只适用于修复套管破损段较短的情况。为此,研制了长井段补贴修复管柱,包括外层补贴管柱和内层施力管柱。外层补贴管柱包括衬管和与之连接的上、下胀管,上、下收缩缸和水力锚所构成的施力机构设置在衬管内,施力机构两端连接上加力环和下加力释放机构,通过安装在上、下胀管的胀头对外层补贴管柱实施膨胀补贴,衬管的长度不受限制,使该技术适用于修复长井段套管破损的情况。现场应用结果表明,该技术可针对大于10 m的长井段套管破损进行修复,完善了目前的套损修复技术系列,为稠油热采井的套损治理提供了技术支撑。
Patching techniques currently available for reparation of casing can be used only for minor damages in casing. To repair pipe string in long well intervals,some proper techniques have been developed,such as external patching and internal forcing pipe strings. The external patching pipe sting is composed of liner and the upper and lower expansion pipes. The force-application mechanism consisting of the upper and lower shrinkage cylinders and the hydraulic anchors are installed in the liner. Two ends of the force-application mechanism are connected with the upper forcing ring and the lower force releasing device. Expansion joints on both upper and lower expansion pipes may expand patch the external pipe. In this way,no limit is imposed on the length of the liner. The technique is suitable to repair damaged casing in long well interval. It can be deployed for long well intervals over 10 m. This new technique may provide technical supports for reparation of casing in wells for thermal recovery of heavy oil.
