摘要 针对冀东油田注水井注水压力高、欠注、吸水能力低,甚至注不进水等问题,开展了高压注水工艺技术及其配套工具的研究,研发了保护套管高压笼统注入管柱和高压分注管柱,主要配套工具包括Y441-114高温高压封隔器、Y341-114高温高压封隔器、桥式偏心配水器和管柱伸缩补偿器。配套工具耐温150℃,耐压50 MPa,满足高压注水的工艺要求,分注工艺管柱结构简单,坐封可靠,可以实现锚定补偿、逐级解卡、安全丢手和管柱连通等功能。27口井的现场试验结果表明,高压注水工艺技术实现了深层中低渗油藏注水,为中低渗油藏的开发提供了技术支持。 To address the water injection issues in Jidong Oilfield like high water injection pressure,lack of water injection,low water absorption capacity and even being unable to inject water into the formation,the highpressure water injection technology and supporting tools has been developed. The high pressure general water injection string and high-pressure separate layer water injection string have been developed with the main supporting tools including Y441-114 HPHT packer,Y341-114 HPHT packer,eccentric bridge type water regulator and water injection string compensator. The supporting tools have the temperature level of 150 ℃ and pressure level of 50 MPa,meeting the requirements of high-pressure water injection operation. The separate layer water injection string could achieve functions like anchor compensation,progressive jam releasing,safe releasing and string combination with a simple structure and reliable setting. Field tests results in 27 wells show that the high-pressure injection technology has achieved water injection in the deep low permeability reservoir,providing technical support for the development of low permeability reservoir.
