摘要 中原油田现有压裂循环阀的开启压力过低,在施工中由于油套压力不平衡、冲激效应以及误操作等原因会提前开启,由此引起施工进度延后和返工等问题。为此,研制了一种自锁式压裂循环阀。该阀采用弹簧压力回馈系统进行循环阀的总体设计,在循环阀开启后依赖弹簧推力自动关闭阀芯通道。同时,复位弹簧能够避免高速携砂液冲蚀,可靠性高。现场应用结果表明,该循环阀解决了过去施工中遇到的问题,应用35口井,其中33口井顺利完成施工,地面单台水泥车即可满足施工要求;研制的循环阀耐温性能达到150℃,耐压差75 MPa,能够满足高温、高压下的压裂管柱要求。 The low opening pressure of the existing fracturing circulating valve in Zhongyuan Oilfield often lead to premature opening due to imbalanced tubing and casing pressure, pressure impulse and misoperation,thereby result in delayed schedule and rework. To address the issue,a self-locking fracturing circulating valve is developed. The overall design of the valve adopts spring in to the feedback system. The spring is used to automatically close the valve channel after the circulating valve is opened. The reset spring can avoid erosion of high speed sand-carrying fluid with high reliability. 33 wells successful operations in 35 wells field application indicates that the new developed fracturing circulating valve has addressed the encountered issue. One single cement truck could meet the operation requirements. The circulating valve withstands the pressure up to 150 ℃ and the pressure difference of75 MPa,meeting the requirements for high temperature high pressure fracturing string.
