初等教育有偿家教问题调查研究及对策——来自杭州的证据 被引量:2

A Survey on the Paid Home-teaching at Elementary Education and Its Implications——Evidence from Hangzhou

摘要 以杭州为例,采用随机较大样本问卷调研和访谈等方式,考察有偿家教现象在初等教育阶段的分布、师生接受情况及其特征。初等教育阶段有偿家教范围广、规模大、隐蔽性强、形式多元化,且存在客观需求。教师提高收入和满足部分学生需要是教师从事有偿家教的主要动机;兴趣原因和父母意愿是学生接受有偿家教的主要原因。优质教育资源的分布不均衡则是产生这一现象的根本原因。课外培训机构提供了主要制度保障。 Taking Hangzhou as an example, this paper investigates the distribution and status and characteristics of paid home-teaching in the elementary education stage, in the way of large random sample questionnaire sur vey and interviews. In elementary education stage paid home-teaching have a large scale, strong concealment,diversity in form, and exits objective demand. Increasing revenue and meeting some students' need is the main motivation of teachers for paid home-teaching. The main reasons that students accept paid home-teaching are the interest of students and the wishes of their parents. Imbalance distribution in high quality education resources is the root cause of this phenomenon, and extracurricular training organizations provide the main insti tutional guarantee.
