摘要
荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学的质量保障体系,对其实现优质的教育质量及拥有优良的国际声誉起到重要的作用。阿姆斯特丹大学于1999年制定了内部质量保障体系,后根据发展的要求进行一系列调整;其在质量保障体系中从课程、学位课程、学院或研究生院、学部、学校各个层面均运用了PDCA循环以实现教育质量的有效提升;阿姆斯特丹大学的质量保障体系监控分为外部监控和内部监控,外部监控和内部监控分别通过认证体系和政策监督加以实现;其质量保障体系的对象主要是学位课程质量、人员及教学设施。
The quality assurance system of University of Amsterdam has an important impact on its high education quality and good international reputation. University of Amsterdam drew up an internal quality assurance system in 1999,and made some adjustments according to the requirements of development afterwards. University of Amsterdam uses the PDCA Cycle at five different levels:curriculum,degree program,college or graduate school,faculty and institution in order to effectively improve education quality. The quality assurance system includes external monitoring(the accreditation system) and internal monitoring(the policy monitoring of specific aspects). The objects of its quality assurance system consists of the quality of the degree program,the staff and the teaching facilities.
