校园文化活动与历史学科人才培养的思考与实践——以山东师范大学为例

Campus Cultural Activities and Cultivation of Talents of History Major——A Case of Shandong Normal University

校园文化活动对于人才培养具有重要意义,它有利于学生主体作用的发挥和学科知识的综合应用,并对端正学生思想认识有重要作用。结合历史学科的特点,可以通过开展主题鲜明的、"高品位"的研究性校园文化活动、打造活动品牌等方式促进人才的培养。为保证活动的有效展开,还应注意充分发挥教师的引领作用,健全相应的规章制度,加大投入,并充分利用新媒体技术进行宣传推广,同时还应重视加强与外界的交流与合作。

Campus cultural activities take an important role in cultivating talents,which are beneficial for students to play their active role in comprehensively applying their major knowledge and rectifying their thoughts. According to the features of the history major,we should carry out characteristic and high-level research activities and create activity brands to promote talents cultivation.In order to ensure effectiveness,we should also take care to let teachers play a leading role,establish relevant regulations,increase investment,and take full advantage of new media technology to publicize them,and reinforce exchange and cooperation with other organizations outside.
