适应新常态,获得新发展,是地方高校做好"十三五"事业发展规划的必然要求,为此,就要树立危机意识中的机遇意识,在服务区域经济社会发展中拥有世界眼光,做好合理发展目标定位中的高水平构建,在常规发展方式中独辟蹊径。

A new development in the new normal state is necessary for local universities to develop?during the 13 th Five Year Plan. It is necessary to be prepared to grab opportunities although in a sense of crisis,with a global vision when serving regional economy and social development. Advanced level should be reached when obtaining reasonable development goals,and a special road should be taken in the normal development.
