山东省民办高职院校发展现状与扶持政策选择

The Present Situation of Development of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province and the Choice of Supporting Policies

在国家加快现代职业教育体系建设的新形势下,建立健全公共财政扶持民办高职院校发展的政策措施,是形成民办高职院校与公办高等院校相互促进、共同发展格局的必然要求。明确界定民办高职院校的内涵,以山东省为例,理清民办高职院校发展的现状及存在的问题,梳理公共财政扶持民办高职院校发展的政策实践,提出公共财政扶持民办高职院校发展的政策选择,这对优化民办高职院校发展的外部环境,促进民办高职院校实现创新发展具有积极的理论意义和实践价值。

With the new situation in which our country speeds up the construction of modern vocational education system,policies to establish a sound public financial support for the development of private vocational colleges are a must for the mutual promotion and development between private vocational colleges and public universities. Clearly defining private vocational college,with Shandong Province as an example,clarifying how to put the policies to support the development of private vocational colleges with public finances,and selecting polices to support the development of private vocational colleges with public finances,all these have a positive theoretical and practical value for optimizing the development of private higher vocational colleges external environment and promote innovation and development of private vocational colleges.
