Experimental Study on the Berberine's Pharmacokinetics of Linzhiqing Release-controlling Suppository

目的 :通过药代动力学实验探讨栓剂释放规律。方法 :家兔血药浓度法。结果 :药代动力学实验中测得滞后时间为0 .0 384h,达峰时为 1.2 87h,曲线下峰面积为 974.14。结论 :药代动力学实验证明淋支清能够在短时间释放且达到血药浓度峰值 ,证明该剂型设计合理 ,可行。

Objective:To study the suppository regulation of Linzhiqing through pharmacokinetics experiments.Methods:Blood drug concentration of rabbit.Results:T m=1.287 h, T lag =0.038 4 h, AUC=974.14.Conclusion:Linzhiqing can liberate and reach the apex blood concentration rapidly. Experiments prove that the release-controlling preparation is reasonable and available.
