心理资本研究进展综述

摘要 心理资本逐渐成为人力资源管理研究的新课题,国内外越来越多的学者开始关注心理资本并进行研究,其理论框架不断完善。本文围绕心理资本的概念、结构和维度、测量和其他影响因素进行了述评,分析了此领域目前的最新研究进展和仍需努力探索的方向,希望为后续研究提供借鉴。
