摘要
目的 :利用高效毛细管电泳法鉴别土茯苓及其 6种常见混伪品。方法 :未涂层石英毛细管 5 0 μm× 5 0 cm,有效长度45 .5 cm,混合缓冲液为 5 0 mmol·L- 1 SDS- 30 mmol·L- 1硼酸 (p H8.3)、运行电压 2 0 k V,检测波长 2 10 nm。结果 :在该分离条件下 ,10 min可获得土茯苓及其 6种混伪品的特征性电泳图谱 ,通过电泳图谱可以很容易鉴别之。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为中药土茯苓的质量控制方法。
Objective: To develop a method for distinguishing Smilax glabra Roxb. from its six falsified plants of common occurrence by high performance capillary electrophoresis. Methods: Using a capillary (375 μmOD×50 μmID; 50 cm×45.5 cm) and a power supply set at 20 kV, with buffer containing 50 mmol·L -1 SDS-30 mmol·L -1 boric acid and a UV detector at 210 nm. Results: The characteristic electrophotograms of Smilax glabra and its six falsified plants were obtained under the above conditions in 10 min, they are easily distinguished by their electrophotograms. Conclusion: This method could serve as an easy and precise method for the quality control of Smilax glabra.
