彩色多普勒超声在左髂静脉血栓合并May-Thurner综合征的诊断价值

The value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing the left iliac vein thrombosis combined with May-Thurner syndrome

目的探讨应用彩色多普勒超声对髂静脉血栓合并May-Thurner综合征诊断价值。方法收集左侧髂静脉血栓患者37例,行彩色多普勒超声及数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,对比研究2种检查方法的结果。结果DSA显示左髂静脉血栓37例,其中合并May-Thurner综合征35例。彩色多普勒超声显示左髂静脉血栓37例,其中合并May-Thurner综合征33例。与DSA对比,彩色多普勒超声检测髂静脉受压综合征的符合率为94%,2种方法行一致性检验,Kappa值为0.64。结论彩色多普勒超声是诊断左髂静脉血栓合并May-Thurner综合征的可靠的检查方法。

Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound （CDUS） in evaluation of the left iliac vein thrombosis combined with May-Thurner syndrome. Methods Tirty-seven patients with left iliac vein thrombosis under- went the examination of CDUS and digital subtraction angiography （DSA）. The results of the two examinations were compared between CDUS and DSA. Results DSA showed left iliac vein thrombosis in tirty-seven patients, of which tirty- five patients complicated with May-Thurner syndrome. CDUS showed thirty-seven cases of left iliac vein thrombosis, of which thirty-three patients ＂complicated with May-Thurner syndrome. Compared with DSA, the accuracy of CDUS in detection of May-Thurner syndrome was 0.94. By using the uniformity test, kappa value was 0.64. Conclusion CDUS is a reliable screening method in the diagnosis of left iliac vein thrombosis combined with May-Thurner yndrome.
