甘肃省天水周边白菜型冬油菜的提纯复壮试验研究

Purification and Rejuvenation of Winter Turnip Rape Varieties in Tianshui Surrounding Region,Gansu Province

[目的]改进与规范白菜型冬油菜提纯复壮体系,保持品种的优良特性。[方法]按照单株选择、分株行种植、株行选择、分系比较的方法对白菜型冬油菜常规品种天油5、7、8号进行提纯复壮。[结果]对白菜型冬油菜常规品种天油5、7、8号提纯复壮后,其株高、角果数、角粒数、千粒重较前均有所增加,增产效果也十分明显。[结论]试验证明改进与规范白菜型冬油菜提纯复壮体系,可以基本恢复原有品种的种性。

[ Objective ] The aim was to standardize the purification and rejuvenation system of winter turnip rape varieties, keep the fine fea- tures of the breed. [ Method] The varieties of Tianyou No. 5,7,8 were purified and rejuvenated. [ Result] The plant height, pod number, num- ber of seeds per pod and 1 000-seed weight of Tianyou No. 5,7,8 were increased after purification and rejuvenation, the effect of increasing production was obvious. [ Conclusion] Test showed that improvement of purification and rejuvenation system of winter turnip rape can restore the original varieties.
