金塘岛海域叶绿素a的分布及其与环境因子关系研究

摘要 [目的]研究金塘岛海域叶绿素a(Chl-a)的分布及其与环境因子的关系.[方法]2013年5月(春季)和10月(秋季)对金塘岛海域分别进行调查取样,分析了该海域Chl-a和SS的时空分布特征,及其与水温、盐度、pH、DO、COD、营养盐等主要环境因子的相关关系.[结果]春季Chl-a含量在0.011~0.915μg/L之间变化,平均含量为0.551 μg/L;SS含量在58.8~1 186.0 mg/L之间变化,平均含量为488 mg/L.秋季Chl-a含量在0.316~ 1.246 μg/L之间变化,平均含量为0.701 μg/L;SS含量在372 ~1 628mg/L之间变化,平均含量为881 mg/L.金塘岛海域春季Chl-a含量与环境因子并不存在极显著的相关性,春季SS含量虽然与Chl-a含量不存在显著性相关,但也具有一定的相关性(r=-0.474,n=12).秋季Chl-a含量与pH(r=-0.582,n=12,P<0.05)、SS(r =0.596,n=12,P<0.05)之间具有显著相关性.[结论]该研究可为金塘岛海域的生态监测、评价提供依据,也可为该海域海洋资源可持续利用和发展提供科学依据. [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the distribution of Chl-a and the relationship with environmental factors in the sea region of Jintang Island. [ Method] The distribution of Chl-a and SS, the correlation between Chl-a and environmental factors (water temperature, salini- ty, pH, DO, COD and nutrient) in the sea region of Jintang Island were analyzed through spring and autumn survey in 2013. [Result] The Chl- a content varied between 0.011 and 0.915 μg/L with the mean value of 0.551μg/L, while the SS content varied between 58.8 and 1 186.0 mg/L with the mean value of 488 mg/L in spring. The Chl-a content varied between 0. 316 and 1. 246 μg/L with the mean value of 0. 701μg/L, while the SS content varied between 372 and 1 628 mg/L with the mean value of 881 mg/L in autumn. The correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlations between Chl-a and environmental factors in spring, but there was a certain correlation with SS (r = -0. 474 ,n = 12). However, there were significant correlations with pH ( r = - 0. 582, n = 12, P 〈 0. 05 ) and SS ( r =0. 596, n = 12, P 〈 0. 05 ) in autumn. [ Conclusion] The research could provide basis for ecological monitoring and evaluation, sustainable utilization and development of marine re- sources in the sea region.
