现代农业建设对于耕地保护的作用分析

The Function of Modern Agriculture Construction for Cultivated Land Protection

通过分析现代农业建设对耕地保护的作用,发现现代农业建设一方面对耕地保护起促进作用,实现耕地的"开源"和"节流",提高耕地质量;另一方面又对耕地保护起消极作用,引起耕地的过度使用和生态破坏。因此,强化现代农业建设对于耕地保护的促进作用,弱化两者的矛盾是实现现代农业建设进程中耕地保护的有效途径。在此基础上提出了相应的对策,即提高农民的农业科技水平、加强保护政策的实施效能、加快农业产业结构调整等。

In this paper, the role of the construction of modern agriculture in the protection of arable land was analyzed, the results showed that the modern agricultural construction on the one hand to protect the cultivated ]and, to achieve ＂open source＂ and ＂cutting＂, on the other hand, the negative effect of cultivated land protection, the cause of excessive use of cultivated land and ecological destruction. So, strengthe- ning the promotion of modem agricultural construction to the protection of cultivated land, weakening the contradiction between the two is an effective way to realize the protection of cultivated land in the process of the construction of modern agriculture. On the basis of this, corre- sponding countermeasures were put forward, namely improve the level of agricultural science and technology, strengthen the implementation of the policy of protection, accelerate the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure.
