铁路零散白货全程物流信息化建设研究

随着铁路货运的改革,零散白货成为未来铁路货运盈利的主要方面,如何在零散白货的物流过程中节约时间,提高效率,成为当前研究的一个热点。本文分析当前国内外零担货物运输现状,明确全程物流平台建设需求,利用当今先进的物流技术,整合货运过程中产生的大量数据,优化资源配置,分别设计了零散白货全程物流的货运平台、电子交易平台及内部管理控制系统,最终建立铁路零散白货全程物流需求受理与综合交易信息平台,优化运输组织方式,减少业务流程,提高了铁路货运效率,推进铁路货运向现代物流转变,实现货运的智能化、一体化。

With the reform of the rail freight, scattered white goods has become the main aspects of rail freight earnings in the future. In order to achieve the full logistics of the scattered white goods, this paper analyzed the research situation at home and abroad , cleared the need of the logistics platform , took the advantages of today＇s advanced logistics technology, integrated a large number of data generated in the freight logistics process, optimized the resource allocation, then designed a logistics and freight platform for the scattered white goods, an electronic trading platform and internal management control system respectively. At last, a platform of the railway scattered white goods＇ full logistics needs greatly opt efficiency the intelli imize of ra accepted and integrated trading information was established, which could the transport organization, reduce the business processes and improve the il freight, promote the rail freight to modern logistics, finally realized gent and integrative freight.
