成都地铁与城际铁路票务组织的协调分析

Coordination Analysis of Chengdu Metro and Intercity Railway Ticketing Organization

票务系统的统一与协调问题是实现城市客运系统间无障碍换乘的重要环节。目前,我国大部分城市已基本实现地铁与公交系统间的票务统一与协调,但市域高速铁路与城市轨道交通间还存在困难。在阐述国内外地铁票种、票制的基础上,总结得出:国内外地铁票制主要有固定票制、多级票制和复合票制3种;我国地铁车票分为所有公交方式可用和地铁专用2种。分析了地铁票务系统的组成和票务处理规则。在对成灌高铁与成都地铁票务协调的需求及现状进行分析的基础上,提出了取消成灌高铁客票实名制,采取IC卡和磁票相结合的票务系统模式,统一设立清分中心的解决方案,初步实现成都地铁与成灌高铁间的票务协调。最后,提出了两者间票务协调存在的问题及相应的建议措施。

The unification and coordination problem of the ticketing system is an important link for realizing the barrier free transfer in a city passenger transportation system.At present, the unification and coordination of the ticketing system between metro and bus systems of the major cities in our country has been basically achieved. But difficulties in the unification and coordination of the ticketing system between the high speed railway of the city region and the city track transportation have still been existed, based on elaboration in the kind and system of the subway ticket at home and abroad, it was concluded that： there were 3 kinds of subway ticketing modes, a fixed ticketing mode, multistage ticketing mode and a composite ticketing mode. In China, subway ticketing modes are classified into 2 types, that is, public transport mode available and metro special. The composition and rules of the metro ticketing system processing have been analyzed. On the base of the analysis of the demand and current situation of the unification and coordination of to com cle hig sug the ticketing system between Chengdu metro and Cheng-Guan high-speed rail, a solution cancel Cheng-Guan high-speed rail ticket real name system was put forward, using the bining of the IC card and magnetic ticket ticketing system mode, establishing a unified aring center, to achieve the initial coordination between Chengdu metro and Cheng-Guan h-speed rail ticketing. Finally, some existing problems and the corresponding gestions and measures of the ticketing coordination were put forward.
