摘要
内脂素是近年来新发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,主要存在于人类骨髓、肝脏、骨骼肌等组织中。研究发现其与多种心血管疾病的发生发展相关。本文将从内脂素的生物学特性、在心血管疾病发生发展中的病理生理作用、以及其在心血管病的预测、诊断、预后等方面所起的作用等几个方面展开,探讨国内外最新进展。
Visfatin is an adipocytic factor that is highly expressed in humans bone marrow,liver, skeletal muscle and so on. It appears to be a promising biomarker with diagnostic and prognostic significance in cardiovascular disease. In this review, the recent research work between visfatin and cardiovascular disease will be discussed.
