植物神经调控抑制室性心动过速的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 研究植物神经系统对室性心动过速的发生起重要作用,研究表明交感神经过度激活或交感神经功能受损均可诱发室性心动过速,迷走神经激活可以抑制室性心动过速,但在Brugada综合征及J波综合征迷走神经激活却可诱发心动过速的发生。研究表明调控植物神经的张力可以抑制室性心动过速的发生。 The autonomic nervous system plays an important role in the ventricular tachycardia. Sympathetic activation or dysfunction is proarrhythmic, whereas parasympathetic activation is antiarrhythmic, except that in Brugada and J-wave syndromes. As a result, modulating autonomic nerves can reduce the incidence of ventricular tachycardia.
