摘要 目的:探析小儿急性下呼吸道感染肺炎支原体调查分析。方法:选择笔者所在医院2011年6月-2014年3月收治的小儿急性下呼吸道感染患儿200例,采集其血液标本,应用SK2100生物芯片对其肺炎支原体特异性抗体免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)进行检测,评估不同年龄、性别、季节间患儿支原体感染情况。结果:血液标本200份中,检出Ig M阳性100例,阳性率为50.0%;患儿男110例,检出Ig M阳性60例(54.5%),女90例,Ig M阳性40例(44.4%),两者比较差异无统计学意义(字2=1.64,P=0.20);6~9岁100例,Ig M阳性30例(30.0%),10~13岁100例,Ig M阳性70例(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(字2=32.42,P〈0.01);春季就诊47例,Ig M阳性20例(42.6%),夏季就诊47例,Ig M阳性19例(40.4%),秋季就诊70例,Ig M阳性50例(71.4%),冬季就诊30例,Ig M阳性11例(36.7%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:小儿急性下呼吸道感染的主要支原体为肺炎支原体,其检出阳性率随着年龄的升高而逐渐升高,感染高峰多在秋季。 Objective: To investigate the analysis of mycoplasma pneumonia in children with acute lower respiratory tract infection. Method: 200 cases of children with acute lower respiratory tract infection were selected from June 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital, and blood samples of them were collected, the Mycoplasma pneumoniae specific antibodies IgG protein M(IgM) were detected with SK2100 biological chip to assess different ages, different genders, different seasons between children with mycoplasma infection.Result: Among 200 blood specimens, 100 cases were IgM positive, the positive rate was 50.0%; 60 cases in 110 boys were IgM positive(54.5%), 40 cases in 90 girls were IgM positive(44.4%), the difference was not statistically significant(x2=l.64, P=0.20); there were 100 children in 6-9 years old, 30 cases were IgM positive(30.0%), 70 cases of 100 children in t0-13 years old were IgM positive(70.0%), the difference was statistically signifieant(X^2=32.42, P〈0.01); 20 cases of 47 vistors in spring were IgM positive(42.6%), 19 cases of 47 vistors in summer were IgM positive(40.4%), 50 cases of 70 vistors in autumn were IgM positive(71.4%), 11 cases of 30 vistors in winter were IgM positive(36.7%), the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Children with acute lower respiratory tract infection of mycoplasma pneumonia, the detection positive rate is gradually increasing with the increase of age, the peak occurred in autumn.
