电厂制氢设备更换电解液槽后液位假信号原因分析

摘要 300MW及以上发电机组多采用氢气冷却,制氢站成为电厂辅助系统中氢系统的核心部分. 制氢设备的故障直接影响着电厂的安全经济运行.近年来,同行业的许多制氢设备,特别是运行5年以上的设备,出现液位波动差大于设计参数及液位假信号的现象,严重影响着制氢设备的稳定性. 本文主要对电厂制氢设备,尤其是在更换电解液槽后出现液位假信号的原因进行探究和分析. 300MW and more power generation units use hydrogen cooling, hydrogen production station become the core part of the hydrogen systeminthepowerplantauxiliarysystem.The failure of hydrogen production equipment directly affects the safety and economic operation of power plant. In recent years, many hydrogen production equipments, especially in operation 5 years or above, which have the phenomenon of the level fluctuation is greater than the design parameters and the false signal level, it's seriously affect the stability of hydrogen production equipment. This paper mainly on hydrogen production equipment of power plants, especially in replacement of the electrolytic bath appear false liquid level signal of the reasons for research and analysis.
