摘要
通过对周期性耐力训练项目的误区分析,我国耐力项目运动员在进行训练时应注意周期性耐力运动项目的定义,并正确看待在中长距离运动项目中速度与耐力的辩证关系,改变以往的训练手段,以有氧训练为核心,在发展有氧耐力训练的过程中更加注重运动强度的掌握和选择,只有这样两方面兼顾,运动成绩才会逐渐提高.
Through the analysis of the errors of the periodic endurance training program, we should pay attention to the definition and the relationship between the speed and endurance of the medium and long range sports, and to change the previous training method.
