摘要
通过分析我国目前城市建设规划存在的主要问题,提出了完善城市建筑规划的相应法律法规建设,制定科学合理的城市建筑规划管理体制和许可审批程序以及构建生态和谐的社会主义新型城市,坚持科学发展的前进方向等城市建筑合理规划的对策.
Through analyzing the main problems of urban construction planning in China, the relevant laws and regulations are put forward to improve the urban construction planning, formulate scientific and reasonable management system of urban construction planning and approval procedures and build a harmonious socialist new city, adhere to the scientific development of urban construction and reasonable planning countermeasures.
