摘要
本文主要探讨中国农村水利灌区管理存在的问题,在对比研究国外灌区管理模式的基础上,对我国农村地区用水管理制度提出完善的建议.
This paper mainly discusses the problems of the management of rural water conservancy in China, in contrast to study the management mode of the irrigation district, and puts forward the suggestions to improve the water management system in rural areas.
