摘要
职业倦怠在高校教师中普遍存在,这引起了不少研究者的注意.虽然对如何缓解职业倦怠有很多分析和建议,但实践中很难快速奏效. 通过重构现有教学模式,帮助高校教师提升自我效能感,有助于缓解职业倦怠.
Burnout exists commonly among college teachers, which has attracted quite a few researchers' attention. Many suggestions have been given on how to mitigate teacher burnout, but in practice, they can hardly yield any results in a short time. Reconstructing the existing teaching pattern and helping college teachers improve their sense of self-efficacy may contribute to the lessening of burnout.
