摘要
国家职业技能标准反映了企业和用人单位的需求.通过高职院校的电工基本技能训练课程与国家职业标准相衔接的研究与实践,说明电工实习实训课程是课程体系建设与基地建设有机结合的实习教学模式.
The national vocational skills standards reflect the needs of the enterprise and the employing units. Through the research and practice of the basic skill training course and the national vocational standard, it is showed that the practice training course is an organic combination of the course system construction and the base construction.
