摘要 随着工业生产活动中信息化技术水平的不断提高,提高生产效率和人员及设备安全保障越来越被重视,实现机械自动化是目前常用手段。与普通天车相比,本智能天车控制系统,在提高生产效率的同时还降低了对能源的消耗、减轻了工人的劳动强度。它采用了计算机控制的智能系统,能够根据用户的需要,完成自动上下料、智能仓储等不同功能,提高了天车的工作效率和安全性,实现库区管理的自动化。 With the continuous improvement of the level of information technology in industrial production activities, the improvement of the production efficiency and the personnel and equipment safety protection are more and more concerned, the realization of mechanical automation is currently a common means. Compared with the ordinary crane, the smart crane of the intelligent control system, can improves the production efficiency and reduces the energy consumption and reduces the labor intensity of the workers. With the computer control of the intelligent system, according to the needs of the user complete automatic feeding and blanking, intelligently storage and so on. It can improve the efficiency and safety of the crane, realizing the automation management of storehouse.
