摘要
以乙烯基陶瓷前驱体、苯酚、甲醛及碱金属催化剂为主要原材料,制备了一种改性酚醛胶黏剂,并借助红外(IR)、热失重、万能拉力机对改性酚醛胶黏剂进行了测试分析。结果表明,乙烯基陶瓷前驱体改性的酚醛胶黏剂具有较好的耐热性能。
The Phenol-formaldehyde resin was synthesized with Vinyl ceramic precursor,formaldehyde,phenol,Alkali metal catal as raw material, the curing thermal resistance and mechanical strength was analyzed by IR,TG and SEM.the results showed that thermal resistance of the Phenol formaldehyde resin was well.
