有机-无机纳米复合体系在纺织品整理中的应用 被引量:2

Application of organic-inorganic nanocomposite materials in the textile finishing

摘要 对有机-无机纳米复合材料的制备方法进行综述,重点介绍了直接分散法、溶胶-凝胶法、两相聚合法、原位生成法、分子自组装法、超声化学法和γ-射线辐射法等在纺织品整理方面的优势和研究进展.同时,对有机-无机纳米复合材料用于纺织品整理时不同处理方法的基本原理进行分析,对研究趋势进行展望,认为功能稳定、短流程、多功能化、操作简单和环保性能是未来纺织品整理研究的方向. The preparation methods of organic-inorganic nanocomposite materials were reviewed. The ad-vantage and research development in textile finishing of direct dispersion method, sol-gel method, two-phase polymerization method, in-situ generation and disposition method, molecular self-assembly method, ultrason-ic chemical method and γ-radiation method were mainly introduced. Moreover, the fundamental principles of different treatment methods of organic-inorganic nanocomposite materials in textile finishing were analyzed, and the future trends of organic-inorganic nanocomposite materials in textile finishing were also prospected. The function stability, short process, multifunctional, simple operation and eco-friendly property was believed to be the future development direction of textile finishing.
