摘要
介绍了吸湿排汗纤维/棉混纺织物的前处理、染色和吸湿排汗整理的工艺要点,通过合理设计染整工艺,使织物具有较好的吸湿速干性。结果表明,控制碱质量浓度为170~180 g/L,定型温度为155~165℃,选择亲水性柔软剂XT-100 30 g/L对织物进行整理,织物的吸湿速干性可达到国家标准。
The key point of pretreatment, dyeing and moisture absorption finishing for the moisture absorption and perspiration fiber/cotton blended fabric were introduced. The improved moisture absorption and quick-drying properties were achieved through feasible design of dyeing and finishing process. The results indicated that the moisture absorption and quick-drying property of fabric could reach the national standard under optimized conditions in which the mass concentration of alkali is 170~ 180 g/L and heat-setting temperature is 155~ 165 ℃ with hydrophilic softener XT-100 30 g/ L treating the fabric.
