低渗透油田清防蜡精益质量管理实践

Practice in Fine Quality Management of Removal and Prevention of Paraffin Precipitation in Low-permeability Oilfields

针对中国石油大庆油田第八采油厂清防蜡管理工作中存在的问题,创新管理方法,将精益质量管理理念与清防蜡管理相结合,成功形成了低渗透油田清防蜡精益质量管理模式。应用该管理方法,加药人员减少、效率提升、效益显著,最终确定了以加药和超导热洗为主体,高温热洗、强磁工具为辅助的清防蜡方式。有效保证了低渗透油田清防蜡效果,油井运行工况得到提升,检泵率持续下降,作业维护成本降低。

In view of the problems existing in the paraffin precipitation prevention management work of No.8 Oil Production Plant in Daqing Oilfield, a fine quality management mode for the removal and prevention of paraffin precipitation in low-permeability oilfields is formed by combining the fine quality management concept with the paraffin control management. Using this management method reduces dosing staff, improves significantly work efficiency and economic benefits, and ultimately the paraffin precipitation removal and prevention method that dosing and superconductive heat washing is been as the main method and the high-temperature heat washing and strong magnetic tool is been as assistant method is determined. The wax removal and prevention method can effectively ensure the wax removal effect of low permeability oil field, so that the oil well running condition is improved, and the pump repair ra- tio is decreased, and the pump maintenance cost is reduced.
