摘要
CRC海底管道铺管船法全自动焊接技术在某海底管道工程中的应用,是该技术在国内施工企业界的首次应用。根据该海底管道工程应用实际情况,就铺管船法全自动焊接施工效率和焊接质量进行统计分析,找出了影响施工效率和焊接质量的原因,制定了相应措施,提出了合理建议,为全自动焊接技术在海底管道工程中更好的推广应用进一步夯实基础。
The full automatic welding technology of CRC submarine pipeline laying vessel method is applied first time to some sub- marine pipeline engineering in our country. According to the actual application situation of the full automatic welding technology in the submarine pipeline engineering, the factors affecting the welding efficiency and quality are found out, the corresponding measures are formulated and the reasonable suggestions are put forward for the better application of the full automatic welding technology to the submarine pipeline projects.
