摘要
针对中国石油集团测井有限公司长庆事业部基层项目部日常质量管理中存在的执行力差、过程控制措施实施效果不明显等问题,经过实践,提出了"669"的流程化质量管理模式,细化了日6项、周6项、月9项质量实施重点、运行流程及考核标准,通过近2年不断的完善和探索运行,成效显著,具有一定的借鉴和推广价值。
"669 " process quality management mode is proposed in view of the problems existing in the daily quality management of Changqing Business Department of CNPC Well Logging Co., Ltd., such as poor executive power, poor implementation effect of process control measures, etc. The key works, running process and assessment criteria for quality management are refined, there are 6 items in a day and a week separately, and there are 9 items. Through the continuous improvement and exploration operation in nearly 2 years, the application of process quality management mode has achieved to a significant effect, and the process quality management mode is of a certain reference and promotion value.
