摘要
探究了计算机辅助制造(CAM)技术在塑料模具的设计和制造中的应用的广泛性与原因。分别从CAM技术的概念与定义、CAM技术在塑料模具设计制造中的应用及发展趋势等方面介绍CAM技术,从CAM的角度对其三种模式进行总结并阐述作用。
This article explored the prevalence and reasons that computer aided manufacturing (CAM) technology was applied widely in the design and manufacture of the plastic mold. It introduced CAM technology from the concept and definition of CAM technology, the application and the developing trend of CAM technology in plastic mold design and manufacturing, respectively, and summarized and stated its effects to its three modes of action from the angle of CAM.
