包装材料中丙烯腈、乙苯和苯乙烯的顶空-气相色谱检测研究 被引量:12

摘要 建立了包装材料中有害物丙烯腈、乙苯、苯乙烯的顶空-气相色谱检测方法。样品经液氮粉碎后,在110℃下加热40min,取顶空气体进行火焰检测器检测。丙烯腈、乙苯、苯乙烯分别在0.05~2、0.5—20、0.5—20mg/mL范围内线性良好,方法检出限分别为0.1、0.2、0.2mg/kg。对上述3种物质进行加标回收试验,平均回收率在92.63%-106.06%之间,相对标准偏差为1.89%-2.87%。与国标方法相比,该方法检出限更低,可操作性强,同时节省了样品前处理时间。 A headspace gas chromatography method was built to analyze harmful substances including acrylonitrile, ethylbenzene and styrene in packaging materials. The sample was pulverized with liquid nitrogen and heated at a equilibrium temperature of 110 ℃ for 40 min. The headspace gas was extracted and injected into gas chromatograph for analysis with flame ionization detector. The calibration curves show good linear relationship in the range of 0.05 -2 mg/mL for acrylonitrile and 0. 5 -20 mg/mL for ethylbenzene and styrene, with the detection limit of 0. 1, 0. 2 and 0.2 mg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries vary from 92.63% to 106.06% with the relative standard deviations of 1.89% - 2. 87%. Compared with the national standard, this method with a lower limited of detection is more operational and has a shorted pretreat-time of samples.
