支撑喉镜电视内镜下低温等离子射频治疗会厌囊肿的疗效及其对术后近期复发率的影响

Effect of Low-Temperature Plasma Radiofrequency under Support Laryngoscope TV Endoscopic in Treatment of Epiglottic Cysts and its Effect on the Postoperative Recurrence Rate

目的对比研究支撑喉镜电视内镜下低温等离子射频治疗会厌囊肿的临床疗效及其对术后近期复发率的影响。方法将2014年1～12月于我院行会厌囊肿手术治疗的76例患者随机分为两组：观察组（n=38）行支撑喉镜电视内镜下低温等离子射频治疗;对照组（n=38）行常规手术治疗。对比两组手术效果及术后12个月复发情况。结果（1）所有患者均手术成功,观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后模糊视觉疼痛评分（VAS）、术后咽痛时间、住院时间均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）两组术后均未见严重并发症,其它并发症出现率无明显差异（P〉0.05）;（3）观察组复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论支撑喉镜电视内镜下低温等离子射频治疗会厌囊肿疗效显著、复发率低,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency under support laryngoscope TV endoscopic in treatment of epiglottic cysts.Methods 76 patients of epiglottic cysts operation in hospital from Jan.2014 to Dec.2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group（n=38） were treated by low-temperature plasma radiofrequeney under support laryngoscope TV endoscopic, while the control group （n=38） received routine operation treatment. Their operation effects and postoperative recurrences in 12 months were compared. Re- sults （1）The operation was successful in all the patients. The intraoperative bleeding volume, op- eration time, postoperative visual analogue scale（VAS）, postoperative sore throat time, and hospital- ization time in the observation group were better than in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.（2）There were no severe complications after operation in both groups. And the incidence of other complications had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. （3） The recurrence rate in observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The clinical effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency under support laryngoscope TV endoscopic in treatment of epiglottic cysts is oblivious with low recurrence rate. It si worthy of promotion.
