心肾综合征的中西医机制研究进展

Research Progre ss on the Mechanism of the Chinese and Western Medicine in the Syndrome of Cardiorenal Syndrome

心肾综合征的发生和发展处于疾病的终末期,常导致患者病情加重,甚至死亡,临床治疗困难。本文就近5年国内相关最新进展进行综述总结,发现:肌钙蛋白、血清胱抑素C、NGAL、肾损伤因子-1、IL-13、OPN、BNP和NTpro BNP可作为本病判断和预测的指标;西医治疗进展方面,前列地尔联合羟苯磺酸钙、左卡尼汀、ACEI和ARB联合多巴胺等用药有效;中医治疗进展方面,丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠、加味真武汤、肾康注射液等用药有效。还需假以时日对心肾综合征的发病机制和治疗方法进行更多的探索。

The occurrence and development of Cardiorenal Syndrome in the end of the disease, often leading to exacerbations, and even death, clinical treatment difficuh.In this paper, the latest progress in the recent 5 years are summarized,found that troponin, serum cystatin C, NGAL and renal damage factor-l, IL-13, OPN, BNP and NT proBNP can be as an index of judgment and prediction of the disease.Western medicine treatment progress, alprostadil combined with hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium, L-carnitine, ACEI and ARB combined with dopamine and other effective medication. Progress in treatment of Chinese medicine, the use of sodium sulfate, modi- fied Zhenwu decoction, Shen Kang Injection and other drugs.We should explore the pathogenesis and treatment of heart and kidney syndrome in future.
